Bloomfield Hills Trex Transcends

This deck was voted number one in Bloomfield Hills for many reasons. The deck stretches over 85′ across the house and comes completely finished with upper and lower living areas. The main decking is Trex Transcends Lava Rock with a custom two board Trex Transcend Vintage Lantern border around the perimeter. The ceiling is finished with Dryspace and a drainage system. There’s LED lighting on all of the steps and railings equipped with dimmers to create the perfect accent. There is also a finished upper terrace when you want some privacy and a great view. All of the beams and posts are finished in PVC making this deck nearly maintenance free!
